S.L., 43 year old male. Was on of my TMD patients who was suffering from severe headaches and neck pain. He was not so much bothered by his joints clicking. Phase 1 patient went through Orthotic treatment for about 5 months. Phase 2 included orthopedic/orthodontic treatment. The challenge of this case was the amount of vertical closure that had to be established.

C.P., 39 year old female. Another of my TMD patients who was suffering from the severe headaches and loud popping of her joints that reached a point of embarrassment while she was eating. The challenge of he treatment was her anterior open bite and bilateral cross bite due to her constricted upper arch. She was told by numerous orthodontist that she would have to have surgery. To the disbelieve of many orthodontists that say an adult cannot be expanded this case proofs otherwise.
